How Momentum Companion works
Momentum Companion is an AI-assisted coaching space, overseen by a real coach, not a fully autonomous chatbot.
Between your live sessions, it helps you think through decisions, prepare for high-stakes moments, and stay accountable to what you are working on.
Your coach works from themes and progress, never raw transcripts — unless you choose to share them. Anything stored is covered by the sharing choice you make before each session, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Nothing you say here is used to train any AI model.
Your data, handled honestly
All conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Momentum Companion is built on Clerk for secure authentication and does not sell, share, or use your data to train third-party AI models.
Your coach may review session themes to prepare for your work together, never without your knowledge.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting your coach directly.
